Starting in 2026 CCI is revamping and standardizing our process for working with subcontractors due to increasingly strict regulations from our State Government clients. We can only work with firms that meet these requirements, and our new process is designed to make compliance easy and clear for everyone involved.
We take diversity seriously, and so do our clients. We encourage all MBE, WBE, and VBE organizations to apply to our programs.
We pride ourselves in providing vendor-neutral programs, enabling all vendors with an equal opportunity for placement success.
By keeping our vendor lists low, our programs are able to flourish with enhanced relationships between vendors and clients.
As trusted partners to our clients, it is our duty to provide the best pricing possible. Combined with our industry-leading low MSP fee, our BAFO functionality provides our clients with maximum savings.
We firmly believe that vendors should know where their money is at each stage of the staffing cycle. We provide our vendors with full transparency of their funds throughout their engagement.
Our proprietary VMS follows the agile development and delivery model, pushing new functionality and updates every month.
Computer Consultants International has over 30 years of history providing technology services to Government and Corporate clients.
We work with States across the country, and even some Canadian Provinces, having expanded from early work like Y2K compliance for Oregon’s Department of Transportation, and ERP Replatforming for Microsoft Partners, into broad Information Technology services in every field.
Our team have provided Data Center migration and re-design for the Texas Workforce Commission, a new Webiste for the City of San Antonio, Interactive Maps via a mobile app for the Honolulu International Airport and every airport in Hawaii, and Network Administration and Cyber Security for North Carolina, and much more.
In our many years of experience, we have found that by keeping our programs’ vendor lists small, our clients and vendors are most successful.

Most of our State clients use pre-qualified vendor pools that are closed to new vendors except for every few years. When we use subcontractors for opportunities through these programs, we are required to flow down the contractual obligations to our subcontractors, and this includes the insurance requirements. We have created this application page to simplify the process and help potential partners meet the many different requirements of all our State clients.
If a vacancy opens up in any of our programs, our team will reach out to our interested vendors that may be a good fit.
I’ve been working directly with vendors in our programs
for over 10 years and I can tell you that we take our
vendor relationships seriously. We truly value our
vendor partnerships in achieving meaningful business results
for our clients.
Applying to become a partner is the first step to having access to our nation-wide pool of opportunities.
